It's time in my life to say good-by to my blogging days. I am actually kind of sad just for the fact that I feel as though I may be letting you down . . . but . . . I feel it is more necessary to keep my life in order first.
I hope you understand. My passion for herbs, for gardening and for God has not wavered. My passions, as a matter of fact, are the catapult of my actions. Something my Dad said haunts me. He used to tell me that I must keep the family, and the home together first; and once that is in its proper order all things will follow. This seems to be the missing link in most of our lives and in our political world as well. Right?
Amazing isn't it? It has all been turned upside down in the world we live in. Everyone worries and concerns themselves about what they feel are the "larger things" in life. What they don't seem to understand is that the larger things in life are the simpler, God-given attributes we call morality, love, compassion and forgiveness. Oh my goodness, have we forgotten that only "we" can keep that alive in this world, our country, and in our lives?
Dear friends, Hubby and I will do our very best to keep that alive in our own small place. We will pray for you . Honest, we will pray for you AND our country.
