It is now 58 degrees, has just started drizzling and I've just come in from walking outside. Here's a good one!! Ever wonder what happens to all those Wal-Mart bags all your groceries are packed in? I found one tangled in a tree, one wrapped around our fence along with an aluminum pie pan and cheese wrappers. We try to be careful with our trash and this really kind of ticks me off!! Oh well, no one much really cares whether I'm ticked off or not!! Be careful with your bags and/or trash. Not only should plastic bags not be around little children, they are detrimental to birds and many other animals. Just be careful with your trash. It's not just a matter of beauty (though yes, we do like our place to stay neat and clean), but it's a matter of health and being responsible for taking care of your little piece of the world. Wal-Mart has a big box for its bags if you wish to recycle and it's not all that difficult to drop your extra bags in the box the next time you go shopping!!
Needless to say my daffodils are early and will probably see a couple freezes before Spring gets here but it sure does give one hope!!
I took several pictures while I was out and will put them on my Pictures page. Things look so gloomy but it felt good to be out and taking pictures. Believe it or not it was 62 degrees at 5:15 p.m. Can you believe it?!!!
