It is supposed to get up to 70 or 71 degrees today and I am chompin' at the bit to get out to the herb garden. I slept well last night and feel energized this morning. I only have 2 items on my "To Do List". I need to fill the chickens' dust bath container and work in the herb garden. That's it!
You all will be so bored with my day . . . I, on the other hand, will be so tired!!
Talk to you later.

Whoa! It's been one long but productive day. I planted the chia, cornflower, zinnia, borage, nigella, moss parsley, and cumin seeds. I also planted sweet marjoram plants and some basil plants. There are still two places in my herb garden that need cleared out and it's going to be a bear doing it but I've got to and that's that. When those spots are cleared I'll plant summer savory and I'm going to see if our farm market still has some foxglove for sale. I only have 3 small ones and I think foxglove is simple beautiful. That's what will be planted in the other spot. Then it will just be a matter of keeping the weeds down. I have some rosemary on order along with horehound, lemon verbena, white sage, pineapple sage, stevia, tarragon, costmary and marshmallow. Once those are in I've pretty much planted all I'm going to plant in the herb garden. Then it will be ON TO THE VEGETABLE GARDEN!!!
